Theoharis Management is a DMV—based community management company, and a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). We are owned and managed by Heidi and John C. Theoharis, with over 25 years of experience in the local real estate industry.

We specialize in working with community boards in the management of “high-end” condominium, cooperative and townhome communities.

Our management philosophy is uncomplicated. We are committed to full partnership with community associations in the provision of technically expert, administratively efficient, cost-effective management operations. Theoharis incorporates a business ethic based on integrity, and driven by a “win-win” attitude.

Our property management and communication functions are supported by state-of-the-art office technology, so as to assure both efficient business operations and quick and easy access for you. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on federal holidays. We are backed up by a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week emergency answering system, so as to assure rapid and appropriate responsiveness to your association’s property management needs.
