Theoharis Management is a DMV—based community management company, and a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). We are owned and managed by Heidi and John C. Theoharis, with over 25 years of experience in the local real estate industry. We specialize in working with community boards in the management of “high-end” condominium, cooperative and townhome communities.
